Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technical project delivery within the retail/personal banking domain.

This role requires strong domain knowledge and project experience in retail or personal banking, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and proficiency in Python - scripting, automation, or integration experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage domain expertise to drive alignment and trust with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables in cloud-native environments.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams using modern cloud technologies.
  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery on scope, time, and budget.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks by understanding both technical and functional dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6-8 years of overall experience, with proven project management track record in tech-led environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
