Program Head

As a strategic leader in artificial intelligence and quantum technology, you will oversee the development and implementation of groundbreaking initiatives. These programs aim to foster innovation and drive economic growth through AI, machine learning, system integration, and quantum technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage high-impact programs aligned with our mission. Monitor program performance and utilize data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to advance our vision.
  • Apply technical foresight to build and fund programs in AI and quantum technology. Identify and collaborate with leading domain experts to undertake due diligence of projects in these domains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, government entities, and educational institutions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish clear metrics for program evaluation and impact assessment. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, showcasing program outcomes and insights.
Requirements
  • A post-graduate degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or data sciences.
  • Extensive experience working in incubators, academic institutions, research organizations, investor firms, funding agencies, or government programs.
  • Proven experience in technology management, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, fund-raising, ecosystem development, startup incubation, venture building, and entrepreneurship programs.
Skills
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge in both AI and quantum domains is crucial, including working knowledge of AI & machine learning, quantum technology, programming, data science, and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
