Job Title: Director - Placement

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee and manage multiple Stores Departments in various locations within the university and hospital as a Director of Placement.

The university, with a campus spread over 70 acres, offers courses in Health Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Management, Arts and Science. It nurtures more than eight thousand students and is a hub of activities involving the nation's who's who.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong connections with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants in Delhi - NCR.
  • Maintaining relationships with industry associations, forums, and captains.
  • Utilizing online communities and social media platforms effectively.
  • Networking through job portals and various technology platforms.
  • Interacting with industries on a regular basis concerning career opportunities and employment trends.
  • Connecting with other resources and institutions (government affiliated bodies).
  • Assisting in identifying internship opportunities for students.
  • Managing placement data, including reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • Relevant experience in corporate placements in the NCR region is essential, with a minimum of 15 years of experience preferred.
