We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure successful placements.
- Creating and managing a portfolio of job opportunities, including securing distinguished guest speakers, sourcing live projects, and establishing robust mentorship programs.
- Leading all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless and valuable relationship with our institution.
- Cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with our mission and provides a competitive advantage for our students and programs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A proven track record of success in talent acquisition, business development, or related field.
- Strong existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations.
- Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and engage them for campus placement.
Required qualifications include:
- Any postgraduate/MBA or related degree.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role.
- Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management will also be considered.
Skillset includes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Key Account Management.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs.
