About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Manager who can drive value in customer environments through identifying new use cases and leading initiatives to assess, define, and implement these use cases. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in consulting and a strong track record of success in client relationships, project management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will have a unique blend of technical and business skills, with expertise in data security procedures and practices, as well as certifications in related areas. They will be able to connect insights to customers' businesses, manage multiple projects using strong planning and organizational skills, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify New Use Cases and Drive Value in Customer Environments: Collaborate closely with clients to identify new use cases that drive value and align with their business goals. Lead initiatives to assess, define, and implement these use cases, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Enhance Team Strategic Capability: Guide, mentor, and groom the solution consulting team to take on a more strategic role in client engagements. Establish best practices and frameworks that enhance the team's ability to advise on high-impact, value-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and integration of solutions across all client touchpoints. Act as a thought leader within the organization, promoting solution-based selling and representing the Solution Consulting team in key strategic initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA with 8-10 years of consulting experience in BFSI/Manufacturing/Government verticals
  • Strong customer focus and proactiveness
  • Ability to connect and link insights to customers' businesses
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects using strong planning and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build effective customer relationships
  • Possess general consulting skills like team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
  • Ability to set and manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
  • Must be able to travel, providing on-site consulting work to clients when required
  • Ability to guide in formulating effective Proof of Concepts for customers
  • Strong knowledge of analytical/training/marketing tools
