We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement efficient material handling systems to minimize damage and ensure safe movement of goods.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure consistency and quality.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing adherence to workplace safety standards and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on warehouse performance and operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet racks, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software or Zoho.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and team leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations.
