**Job Summary:** The Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates to promote our Skill Development Programs.

  • Counsel students and parents about our Skill Development Programs.
  • Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups for admissions.
  • Conduct presentations and sessions in schools, colleges, and communities.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Achieve admission targets for training batches.

**Requirements:** A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Education, or Counseling). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales/marketing preferred. Passion for education and youth empowerment.

  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of education and skill development trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the organization is crucial.
