Senior Associate - MBBS Counselling Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to guide aspiring doctors in pursuing MBBS abroad from top international destinations. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who share our passion for overseas education and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Engagement & Counseling
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
    • Provide expert guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations, ensuring students make informed decisions about their future.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and provide tailored advice.
  • Application Management
    • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, ensuring seamless processing and timely results.
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth communication and successful outcomes.
    • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements, providing regular progress reports.
  • Post-Registration Support
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to secure admission.
    • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families, covering essential information and logistical arrangements.
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure, providing reassurance and support throughout the process.
  • Post-Flying Support
    • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, helping them adjust to new environments and overcome challenges.
    • Act as a liaison between students and universities, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation, ensuring students thrive in their new surroundings.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, metrics, and reports, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey, leveraging expertise and best practices to enhance the overall experience.
    Requirements:
    • Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling is mandatory.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking ability, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
    • Empathy and a student-first approach, prioritizing the needs and well-being of students above all else.
    • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred, but not required.
