Job Description:

We are seeking a Study Abroad Advisor to support students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

The successful Study Abroad Advisor will:

  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Adhere to our company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
