Job Title: Student Accommodation Supervisor
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a student hostel, ensuring a safe, secure and healthy environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping and catering services.
- Address student grievances and provide counseling support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student satisfaction and retention rates.
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive community.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Hospitality, Social Sciences, Education).
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
