As a system administrator with extensive experience in server administration, data archival and software management, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting data solutions using the lifecycle management tool. With 5 years of experience in managing authorization, annual access audits and troubleshooting issues related to file servers, you will handle tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Administration: Manage authorization on file servers, handle annual access audits, monitor Windows file servers and ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Divestment: Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, create quality documentation on maintenance activities and ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
  • Software Management: Install Enterprise Scan application, install new patches, troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications.
  • SAP Data Archiving: Activate/deactivate archive infostructure (AIS), run catchup archiving for new archive objects, run sweepers for existing archive objects and ensure that all data is properly stored.
  • Reporting Responsibility: Attend Agile ceremonies, update work items in ADO boards and team OneNote, and ensure that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements/Deliverables:
  • Delivering incident and problem management solutions within specified timeframes.
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during PI periods.
  • Completing assigned ADO User Stories prioritized by the Product Owner.
  • Delivering high-quality documentation related to lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations.
