Green Business Accelerator Role

Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide expert guidance and support to early-stage green start-ups. This will involve working closely with entrepreneurs to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth while minimizing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and sustainability
  • Providing one-on-one business advisory services to entrepreneurs, focusing on key areas such as marketing, finance, operations, and legal aspects
  • Mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs to improve their knowledge and skills in business management
  • Facilitating connections between start-ups and potential partners, investors, and industry experts
  • Managing and tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery of program objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business advisory roles, preferably in the sustainable development sector
  • Strong understanding of business planning, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sustainable business
