Telephony Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in optimizing telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Design, develop, deploy and manage Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio, BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.) and be proficient in programming languages such as ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Python and SQL.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Telephony, Contact Center and AI technologies.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
