Job Overview

The Front Office Executive plays a vital part in managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operating the phone system, answering incoming calls, and routing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Providing general administrative support to staff.
  • Ensuring visitors sign in/out and notifying the appropriate staff of their arrival.
  • Monitoring who enters and exits the office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
