Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our technical support team.

The successful candidate will provide second and third-level technical support, resolving complex issues, and collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and prioritize support tickets for timely resolution.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Continuously improve support processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support with a focus on L2/L3 support.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in one or more areas: ETLs, databases, AWS cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication.
  • Experience with support ticket management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
