Job Title: Service Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Service Designer to spearhead our innovation programs for corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in design and be sensitive to user-centered design methodologies such as User Research, Systems Design, and Service Design.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Innovation to create tailored innovation programs and proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and managing innovation programs to meet client goals.
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating service design workshops.
  • Deriving insights from user research to inform strategic directions and creating qualitative analysis reports.
  • Providing methodology support to corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to bring new insights to each stage of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • An exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
