Country Program Manager

Aceolution is seeking a talented Country Coordinator/Program Coordinator with strong skills in partner and project management. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in India.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as a Country Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and partners across the country, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination
    • Provide individual access to the Content Management System for each partner, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for autonomous content management on Client Arts & Culture via their Dashboard and available Help articles.
    • Answer questions and guide ART & CULTURE Partners through the standard partner lifecycle: ingestion, curation, and publication phases.
    • Troubleshoot errors/issues preventing partners from using the platform and escalate to engineering teams as needed.
    • Communicate progress and project status to Suppliers and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Partnerships Amplification
    • Conduct content audits and create documentation for editorial, content, marketing, press, or other purposes to amplify ART & CULTURE Partners' content visibility.
    • Support event organization and logistics for promoting ART & CULTURE Partners' content.
    • Drive projects forward with seamless planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Prospects Development
    • Present Client Arts & Culture offer to new prospects, outlining terms and conditions, digitization tools, and content management system features.
    • Track and execute tasks related to Prospect Management, including processing incoming requests and conducting outreach to new prospects.
    • Use and maintain Presentation materials, Coordination, Tracking, and Reporting tools.
