Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

JUSTDOGS is looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch the right products and services.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory.
  • Manage and coordinate pet spa appointments and services.
  • Handle home delivery orders and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions.
  • Process sales through POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Assist in stock management and store opening/closing duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
