Electrical Systems Design Engineer

We are a leading technology firm based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR, engaged in the development of next-generation electrical systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems and power electronics.
  • Define architecture, system and component-level requirements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products to identify potential issues.
  • Ensure that designs and developments meet certification standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct reviews of designs, documents, and test plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification.
  • Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Experience in Aerospace/Automotive domains.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
