Job Role:

Digital Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital services.
  • Manage and maintain our digital infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use digital services effectively.

Requirements:
  • Extensive expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting cloud-based platforms, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and security policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, and Shell.
