Job Title:

Digital Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects on-time and within scope.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with the Project Owner to develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
  • Support quality assurance goals and participate in release management cycles.
  • Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and project management processes.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Measure project performance and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Experience working with remote teams and using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or proven working experience in digital solutions management.
  • 15 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
