Job Description:

We're looking for a Digital Service Management Platform Lead to spearhead the implementation of our IT service management platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Rest APIs, ITSM, and CMDB. Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the development and implementation of our IT service management platform
  • Designing and building applications and providing integration to other applications and platforms
  • Collaborating with System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements and then transforming the requirements into a valid solution
  • Working closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for configuration implementation and support
  • Ensuring tool configuration consistency across development stage, testing sandbox, and production environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of ITSM concepts and best practices
  • Experience with Rest APIs and SOAP integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
