Case Manager - Chargebacks and Disputes

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage chargeback cases and disputes efficiently.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Mastercard chargeback processes, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • They will also be skilled in communication, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external parties for timely dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and resolving fraud and dispute cases in line with Mastercard chargeback rules and company policies.
  • Analyzing transaction data to determine case validity and liability.
  • Preparing and submitting dispute case files to Mastercard within required timeframes.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and emerging trends that inform prevention efforts. We are looking for candidates with experience in similar roles and expertise in Mastercard chargeback rules and practices.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks, with Mastercard experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mastercard chargeback rules and the dispute life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
