Responsibilities:
  1. Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS reports.
  2. End-to-end administrative support to stores and office operations.
  3. Maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair services.
  4. Event coordination and management.
  5. Travel arrangements and logistics.
  6. Inventory management of supplies and assets.
  7. Office assistants and workplace maintenance.
  8. Procurement, purchase orders, goods received notes, invoices processing.
  9. Cost saving options and initiatives.
  10. Admin-related licenses and MIS renewal management.
  11. Audit to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Desired Profile:
  1. Verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proactive approach to multitasking and prioritisation.
  3. Strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship management.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  5. Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore city.
