About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Content Strategist & Scriptwriter. This position demands creative scriptwriting expertise with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scriptwriting & Content Creation
    • Develop original scripts for social media videos that resonate with our target audience
    • Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement
    • Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback
  • Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement
    • Create detailed execution blueprints to guide content creation and distribution across various teams
    • Analyze competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination
    • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless content production and distribution
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related matters
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies
Requirements:
  • Passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices
  • Strong storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 year(s) of Social Media/YouTube Manager experience
  • Bachelor's degree in screenwriting / film / communications / marketing or a related field
