Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator to lead the development of visual content across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be imaginative, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple projects seamlessly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Development & Creative Direction
    • Develop high-quality creatives for digital, social, print, and campaign assets
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual styles
    • Ensure all designs align with brand tone and guidelines
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics
    • Design and edit engaging content tailored for digital platforms
    • Work on animations and motion graphics to enhance campaigns
    • Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines
  • Collaboration & Feedback
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of design strategies
    • Incorporate feedback from social media teams and clients promptly
    • Mentor and guide junior designers/interns when required
  • Project Management & Delivery
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
    • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across campaigns
    • Stay updated on design software, tools, and emerging creative formats
    Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (must)
    • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
    • Skills in motion graphics and animation
    • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Canva (basic)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
    • Socially active and trend-savvy with strong visual communication skills
    • Team collaboration and time management skills
