Senior UI/UX Designer - Digital Product

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our digital product design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • Superior UI skills and ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
