Job Overview: We need a versatile designer who can manage multiple workstreams, adapt to feedback, and deliver high-quality designs while maintaining consistency across all assets.

  • Develop visually stunning motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
  • Create animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and storyboarding ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines across all assets, ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide creative input, constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
  • A passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
