About the Role

As a Graphic Communication Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing impactful logos and brand identities that reflect the company's values and resonate with the target audience.

You will develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends. Additionally, you will design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that connect with the target audience. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.

This role is perfect for individuals who have 0.5–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer, or freshers with a strong portfolio. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of Figma/CANVA/CorelDRAW for quick design tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design logos and brand identities that align with the company's values and appeal to the target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create visually appealing packaging designs.
  • Design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, and print/digital advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0.5–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Visual Communication Designer (fresher with a strong portfolio can also be considered).
  • Experience in creating brand communication materials, such as social media, ads, brochures, packaging, and presentations.
