Financial Consultant

Gm Corporate Solutions is a financial consulting firm offering compliance and advisory services related to Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax, and ROC matters for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling compliance and advisory services for various companies, partnership firms, individuals, and coordinating with auditors ensuring the completion of audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review accounting data entry in TallyPrime software for multiple entities
  2. Prepare MIS reports as per client requirements
  3. Analysis of financial data and generation of reports on inventory, cash flows, profitability statements etc.
  4. Preparation of annual financial statements for individuals/firms and reconciliation with banks, GST records etc.
  5. Coordination with banks and management of payments/receipts in various entities
  6. Compliance management including TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, and Secretarial compliances

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in similar profiles

Skill set required:

  1. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
  2. Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills
  3. Good communication and presentation skills
  4. Experience with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, TallyPrime, Computax, and staying updated with latest changes in Company Law, Income Tax Law, GST Law
