Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead the successful delivery of Workday Financials implementations and support engagements. This role involves hands-on execution, strategic client consultation, and mentoring of junior consultants.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement end-to-end solutions for mid-sized to large enterprise clients.
- Facilitate discovery and planning workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Configure business processes, reports, and integrations in Workday Financials modules.
- Perform rigorous testing and provide ongoing support throughout deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Financials, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients.
- Interpret client requirements, propose alternative solutions, and align system configuration with business goals.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients through proactive communication and thought leadership.
- Guide junior consultants by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing developmental feedback.
- Share lessons learned, implementation insights, and product knowledge across project teams and internal knowledge forums.
- Contribute to methodology improvements and best practice documentation.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline is required. 7+ years of experience with ERP/Financials implementations and 4+ years of direct experience implementing Workday Financials are necessary.
