Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Academic Adviser to guide students in pursuing their career goals in healthcare. This role involves transitioning leads from inquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course enrollments.
  • Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' objectives and recommend suitable courses.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly enrollment goals.
  • Establish trust by outlining the career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counseling/BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
