Business Capability Expert

As a Business Capability Expert, you will lead our team of Business Analysts to refine and build domain artifacts for priority sectors. You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Mobilize, set up, and operate the Business Analyst team to deliver high-quality results.
- Refine and build domain artifacts, including case studies and capability packs, for identified priority sectors.
- Plan and execute domain upskilling programs for the team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Teams on sales campaigns and new deal discussions.
- Drive thought leadership on domains through Qualitest portals and external forums.
- Provide domain expertise to delivery teams throughout the SDLC.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one domain: Healthcare, Media and Entertainment, Education Services, Retail, BFSI.
- Prior industry knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in taking proposals to positive closure is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
