High-Performance Detailing Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to oversee our detailing operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily detailing activities, allocate tasks and supervise a team of detailers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new and existing staff in advanced techniques such as polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection film installation, interior detailing, and surface correction.
  • Maintain detailing tools, inventory management, and cleanliness of the workshop.
  • Coordinate with customers and front desk to understand specific service requirements and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, proper use of chemicals, and environmental standards.
  • Support marketing efforts by presenting high-quality before-and-after photos and documenting premium projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-end car detailing, ceramic, PPF, polishing, steam cleaning, and related areas.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of detailing equipment and materials, including luxury vehicle brands and detailing standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet quality expectations, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in English communication is essential; Malayalam and Hindi language skills are a plus.
