Role Description

About Revolut Private Bank:

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating the first line of defence for our Private Banking division.

The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mind, with experience in operational risk management and private banking or wealth management.

  • Identify, assess, document and review risks within our Private Bank.
  • Design, implement and test controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Develop and test key procedures to ensure effective risk management.
  • Create and review key risk indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and deliver risk incident reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • Possess 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services.
  • Have experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Be able to quickly assume responsibilities and demonstrate an organised and methodical approach.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities: As a Business Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, documenting and reviewing risks within our Private Bank. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and test controls to mitigate identified risks.
