Job Summary:

A key role in our organization is to develop and implement credit risk models, ensuring we maintain a robust lending framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk strategies across the entire lending life cycle.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, analyzing risk metrics for early warning signals and monitoring trends to ensure compliance with accepted risk parameters.
  • Ensure timely review of risk policies, reflecting dynamic external environments and internal risk appetites.
  • Analyze industry data, prepare management information systems and dashboards, and brief senior management on changing market conditions.
  • Regularly review processes for adherence to risk policies, verifying controls are effective and functioning properly.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to strengthen our risk framework.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 3-6 years of experience managing risk in a financial institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in Python and SQL is essential.
  • Exceptional understanding of data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical models.
  • Experience in Microfinance/MSME Lending is an added advantage.
