Job Title: Vice President – Vessel Operation">

Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vessel operation, with experience in managing and effectively controlling operational activities at port.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control Operational activities to ensure zero service failure.
  • Coordinate with principals, vendors, and external agencies to optimize revenue.
  • Liaison with Government bodies to ensure compliance and problem-solving skills.
  • Improve operational procedures and systems for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce cost-effectiveness, operational safety standards, capacity management, and team management.
  • Monitor and control all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and office administration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate from a premier institute with 18-20 years of post-qualification experience in handling vessel operations.
  • Master Mariners preferred.
  • Experience in handling Container/Bulk/Break Bulk/Project Cargo/Lifts on-Lifts off/RoRo operations is welcome.
  • Ability to effectively manage people and external agencies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to enforce operational standards and fast turnaround of vessels.
