Job Description

We are seeking an experienced YouTube channel growth manager to lead our video content strategy and drive subscriber growth, watch time, retention, click-through rate (CTR), and engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to increase our channel's visibility and popularity.

You will work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, create engaging content, and optimize it for better performance on YouTube. This includes researching trending topics, creating catchy titles and descriptions, and crafting compelling thumbnails that capture viewers' attention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and analytics tools like YouTube Studio and Google Trends. You should also be proficient in TubeBuddy and VidIQ, with experience in managing and scaling YouTube channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior
  • Proficiency in TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and YouTube Analytics
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
