Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor full-stack engineers, fostering growth and accountability. As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include owning project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. You will maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.

  • Lead and mentor full-stack engineers, fostering growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals

  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows
  • Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban)
