Software Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software development leader to spearhead the creation of high-quality, multi-platform software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical leadership and hands-on involvement in automation, performance testing, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive software engineering standards and best practices
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across the development process

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years experience with automated testing of large-scale SaaS enterprise products in an Agile environment
  • 2+ Years technical team-leadership experience, with proven ability to develop, mentor, and retain top talent
  • Deep understanding of browser-driven end-to-end tests, API Automation, performance and scale tests, and security tests
  • Strong experience writing automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java
  • Experience using Playwright or equivalent tools
  • Experience with Test Case Management Software
