As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of software engineers in delivering engineering projects from planning to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
  • Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.
  • Drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
