Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly technical checks as per scheduled PPM protocols.
  • Attend remote sessions for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor energy consumption and maintain diesel generators.
  • Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers and wiring methods and materials.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks and encoders.
  • Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer-focused environment.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  • Regularly inspect fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain, oil and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters and other equipment.
  • Attend regular electrical works and issue permits for height and hot work.
  • Conduct minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on task completions, open cases, root cause analysis, tools inventory updates and PPM schedule maintenance.
  • Ensure effective management of soft services activities including pest control, housekeeping, scrap disposal, waste management and handling external staff.

  • Proficient in safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
