Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HE Modelling Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of health economic decision-analytic models to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in running country-specific adaptations of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and budget impact analysis (BIA) models. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Literature Reviews: Conduct literature reviews to collect data and develop model inputs
  • Model Development: Run country-specific adaptations of CEA and BIA models, including quality checks
  • Model Support: Support senior modellers on developing health economic decision-analytic models for budget impact analysis or cost-effectiveness/cost-utility analysis
  • Deliverables: Support development of deliverables such as model analysis plans, technical reports, and user guides
  • Dissemination: Support dissemination of findings through articles, posters, and presentations
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in life sciences or equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years' experience in working on country-specific adaptations and supporting de novo pharmacoeconomic model builds in industry or academia
  • Skills: Advanced Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and basic understanding of statistics and advanced analytics
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work relatively unsupervised
