This position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Executive who can develop and implement effective financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and propose investment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.

A successful Part-Time Finance Executive must possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks), and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments and maintain a healthy financial position.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks), and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
