Customer Experience Associate

The Customer Experience Associate is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional, engaging, and seamless experience while representing the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests with a positive first impression
  • Handling front desk operations, including inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling
  • Assisting sales and CRM teams with customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Providing project information to visitors and directing them to relevant departments
  • Coordinating internal teams for client satisfaction
  • Managing client feedback, queries, and escalating issues for quick resolution
  • Maintaining records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes
  • Supporting site visits, events, and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally and empathetically
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles is preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline
  • Previous experience as a GRE / Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is advantageous
