Job Title: Deputy General Manager

Admissions Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a prestigious business school in Jaipur. The DGM will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process from outreach, inquiry, application, and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and overseeing admissions outreach initiatives.
  • Conducting market research to identify new collaborations.
  • Building relationships with potential parents and arranging meetings.
  • Handling admission walk-ins and addressing their queries.
  • Representing the institution at conferences, meetings, and industry events to find new opportunities.
  • Planning and coordinating events, including lead generation events and conferences.
  • Providing email, phone, and walk-in communication support for existing parents and students.
  • Collaborating across teams and fostering partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
  • Formulating a brand marketing strategy to expand the brand for its sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic enrolment plans.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in admissions management.
  • Proficiency in student records management and/or CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural values is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Admissions Manager at a university with 1000+ students is preferred.
