Key Performance Area: Section Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production volume targets, new technologies, and process improvements. They will be responsible for overseeing production facilities in Navi Mumbai, India.

  • Develop strategies to achieve breakthrough improvements in manufacturing processes through innovative solutions.
  • Design and implement Performance Management and Deployment Management systems.
  • Reduce costs by identifying cheaper replacement items for costly materials.
  • Optimize power consumption to minimize energy costs.
  • Improve raw material optimization and reduce RM costs through alternate sourcing and predictive maintenance.
  • Enhance product quality through technological advancements.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by implementing SOPs for safety and adhering to safety norms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or B-Tech degree in any stream except Computer and IT.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in Magentron Sputtering, Soft Coat, Coaters, and Spur coated glass.
