We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our structural engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and integrating processes and procedures with the Director, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering multiple projects or parts of larger projects on time, while also working closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs.
  • You will be expected to ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews, as well as implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel is essential.
  • The ability to work independently on projects and handle teams is also required.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure, are necessary.
