BIM Modeller/Checker

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller/Checker to join our structural steel team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures software, interpreting architectural and structural drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures software.
  • Interpret structural and architectural drawings to develop detailed models.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards (AISC knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including checkers and engineers, to ensure modelling accuracy.
  • Participate in model reviews and resolve clashes or design discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E. / Diploma / ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in steel structural 3D modelling.
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory, AutoCAD.
  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with AISC standards is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple projects.
