Capital Program Management Expert

We seek an accomplished professional to support a large conglomerate in India on a Capital Program Management project.

The project focuses on supporting the client with expansion design and CAPEX cost reduction. We require someone with prior experience in managing large capex projects with engineering/construction/steel firms.

  • Reviewing and enhancing project schedules for accuracy
  • Facilitating, planning, and scheduling workshops
  • Assisting in implementing digital solutions for managing large-scale projects
  • Coordinating cross-functionally among various stakeholders
  • Maintaining daily coordination with project teams and subcontractors
  • Establishing a governance framework, including conducting reviews, monitoring key metrics, and preparing reports

Applicants should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in managing large capex projects in Plant Construction across steel/power/metals/mining sectors
  • Project planning tools such as Primavera (mandatory)
  • Experience working with either an engineering/construction/steel firm or as a project management consultant for construction projects
  • A post-graduation degree from a top-tier university is highly recommended

This is a contractual role with an initial duration of 9-12 months. The expert will be required to work on-site in Mumbai/Delhi with travel to Kolkata as per the project requirement.
